After we receive your order, your tracking number will be issued within 48 hours, and the delivery will be completed within 2-7 days.

Our standard shipping supports FedEx, UPS, USPS and other well known shipping carriers. 

  • PLEASE NOTE: If your street address contains a P.O. box, it may be flagged as an abnormal order for the reason that some shipping carriers do not support direct shipping to P.O. boxes (shipment size restrictions). If this occurs, our customer service representative will notify you to modify the address or cancel the order.


Broken Products/Product Issues/Shipping Issues:

Return and/or refunds are valid for processing for 40 days after the date of the order being paid. After inspections of the packaging and products, we will arrange for re-shipping or refund according to the order amount. If you request to return & refund, you must return the products in its entirety. 

For any product issues, you will be asked for evidence:

  1. Photos of the outside of box with a clear and complete packing slip.

  2. Photos of the broken products (Please clearly show the broken parts of the product).

The Cost of Return Shipping

In cases with unprecedented reasons (product problems, shipping provider issues, damage, etc.), we bear the return shipping fee.

Refund Amount

The total refund will be sent back to the original payment method.
