WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and Apple Pay.

Our customer services are available Monday through Friday, 8am to 7pm PST.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO AND FROM?
We currently only ship within the United States, with exception to the states of Hawaii and Alaska. Our products are shipped from several warehouses across the United States. Depending on where your order is being mailed to, we will send out your item(s) from the nearest warehouse.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can return your item(s) up to 40 days after in the case the item arrives damaged or if the product quality is not up to AlphaNationSports standards.
In the event that nothing is wrong with the item, but you change your mind and want to return it, you can send it in for store credit (up to 365 days after purchase) or you can send it in for 50% reimbursement (up to 40 days after purchase).
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Once you place your order, it will take up to 48 hours for our processing team to dispatch the order. Once dispatched within those 48 hours, you will be provided with your tracking number and should expect to receive your delivery within 2-7 days.
